Membership Service subscriptions

Gigwok Membership Service subscriptions, such as Membership Services are non-refundable. If you cancel your Membership Service subscription, all of your Membership Service features, including any Advertisements, will expire at the end of your billing cycle.

Note: All iOS refunds must be issued by Apple. Therefore, if you purchased a Membership Service subscription through the Gigwok iOS app, please Contact Apple to inquire about cancellations and refunds. You'll need to click the No Thanks, Continue button to connect with an Apple support rep via email or chat. All Google Play Store refunds are subject to Google’s Refund Policies.

Pay-per-action products

Pay-per-action products charge per click, impression, Members interactions, etc. These products include, for example, Gigwok Ads, Sponsored Posts, and any other product where you're charged per action. Any actions delivered and charged are non-refundable.
